We enjoyed a most delicious breakfast with our friends who came to stay at the hotel - it could not have been a more relaxed, civilised and friendly environment and the staff are lovely.

We booked online for one night for four adults and two dogs, just to visit the University in Falmouth for their open day. At the last minute we had to make a change to our booking and the hotel could not have been more accommodating.
We spent most of the day travelling down to Falmouth with several stops on the way. On arrival, first impressions were of a stunning location and an immaculately clean hotel. We were made very welcome by Sam and they patiently explained every detail of our stay. Even our dogs were immediately at home.
Our rooms were spotless and tastefully up-to-date, fully stocked with everything we could possibly need after a long trip to Cornwall. We spent a lovely evening in Falmouth so didn't eat at the hotel but felt able to come and go as we pleased.
After a good night's sleep (despite the downpours outside) we were treated to an extraordinary breakfast in an area specially set up so our dogs could sit with us. Emily and Eliza were warmly professional, making us feel like we didn't want to leave. Even when our grumpy dog started barking Emily took it totally in her stride.
We all left smiling, having loved our stay. Thank you all.

This hotel is about a 15 minute drive outside of Falmouth, located on a quiet country lane. Beautiful sea views from the rear bedrooms and if you leave your window open you can hear the sea. Our Superior sea view bedroom on the first floor …

Small family operated hotel. Very friendly, professional & efficient. Excellent food and service provided at a level to be regarded as great value. Quiet location with lovely views but only a few miles from Falmouth, with easy access to the coastal path and other local places of interest.

What a great find, we'll definitely return. Friendly staff, fantastic food well presented and tasty. Lovely clean rooms and hotel and only a 10 minute walk to Maenporth Beach.
Rooms: There are only a few rooms available where dogs are allowed, so mention when booking if you are taking one.
Food & drinks: We stayed half board and were not disappointed. Excellent choice and so beautifully presented. There is also a well stocked bar.
Noteworthy details: On arrival we were pleased to note that our dining table was in a quiet room and our well behaved dog was allowed to join us.

Edit: The woman in question is now making up stories about me. I'd steer clear of this establishment.
Front Desk woman was vulgar and swore at me, other guests running amok and playing music. It is not worth coming to a beautiful area if the staff will do absolutely nothing to restore order. I've travelled extensively and never in my life have I had a representative of a hotel speak to me in such an obscene manner.
